Ive notice you have used your mic more frequently than you ever have done. We appreciate this since you will need to do this especially in the meetings to get your opinion across.

However I would love to see you not only give positives and negatives of a person but when your vote on an application doesn't go the way you want it to, I would love to see you object and argue to enlighten others to see your point and maybe persuade them to change their vote!
