Personally I think you have the right mind set for the job (I always see you on the forums giving your opinions on others etc and handling reports. Even giving your opinion on staff members reports which is showing your interested in handling them when you have the chance).

You also are very active and persistent in the meetings.

Lastly you are improving on what I and others say (Rp more to gain experience and show us you are dedicated to the server and not just staffing)
