After speaking to Gallifreya I have decided to accept the report and remove the punishment. She told me that Rural and someone else told her that they weren't proppushing, but "just messing around." Gallifreya trusted Rural's word on this and assumed, therefore, that you must have RDMed.

However, as she did not have actual proof that Rural was not proppushing, she should not have slayed you. We do not punish users without being 100% sure that they broke a rule. As there was no evidence provided that you did not have a valid reason for killing Rural, she should not have slayed you (although she should have also not slayed Rural, as there was no proof he was prop abusing).

Your punishment will be removed and Gallifreya has been told how to properly treat these situations from now on. As they're relatively new, mistakes are bound to be made, and there will not be any reprecussions for them.
