You do realise LTAP means "Leaving to avoid punishment" right? So he was leaving a channel which you brought him in so that you could speak to him thus you had no intention of further punishing him so it wasn't LTAP. So basically the kick is fine but the ban is false.

Also I don't get how it takes 10 SECONDS to kick someone but oh well
