Hey don't shit post on the guys app give him ways to improve or atleast say looking good and best of luck cmon personally the only way I see him needing to improve is slightly on his maturity but this is mostly due to him taking it a little to far when we are all joking around but they are jokes and no one is offended plus this change happens over time hence why I feel he could get staff
