I see your current gametracker doesn't work. I believe this one is the correct one. Looking at that gametracker your activity is not the best. You have oly played for 4 days and we recommend 2 weeks of activity but 1 week can be enough depending on recent punishments etc.

I am not sure if you have any recent punishments (warnings,gags and slays etc) and these last 2 weeks before not being recent anymore. If you don't then it shows you are following the rules.

Your application seems detailed and well written though so I think you should just improve your acticity.
