I do not feel like you've quite properly grasped being a Super Admin yet to fully warrant a promotion to Head Administrator. Take your time, buddy - you don't need to go so fast. I'd rather you wait a while longer until you've properly familiarised yourself with being a Lead Team member before going for a promotion such as this one.
