Although you're definitely ready, you're hardly on the ZARP Teamspeak and more often spend time on the BiB Teamspeak instead. Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

I'd like to remind you that although I can fully understand your friends are in your gang and that you'd like to spend time there, as a staff member you are obligated to be on our Teamspeak as well. I mean, you're on our Teamspeak often too, but when you are I see you in public channels with random people. I'd like to see you converse more with your future fellow lead team members.

That's all, really - I'm practically nitpicking now because you're without a doubt ready for the job and will definitely be able to carry out your lead team duties.
