Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or as it is more commonly known RDM, is the act of killing another player without a valid role-play reason. An example of this can be seen when Millie kills Jasmine because she looked at them funny.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule which is more commonly known as NLR, is the act of interacting with the district(s) in which a player has died in before the 3 minute timer is finished counting down. For example Jasmine was just killed in a raid in the Park District and got a little annoyed so they decided to return before their 3 minute timer was finished.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring both players to a location outside of role-play may it be a roof or a place which there is a lack of role-play, I would then speak with Millie(x) about their side of the event picking up on details that may be important and line up with Jasmine's(y) side of events, after this has occurred I would speak with Jasmine try make sense of events by joining up both stories if the stories do not line up I would ask Millie for any evidence which may help show their side if none can be provided I will explain to Millie why I cannot go about punishing on hearsay and that I will keep an eye on them. If Jasmine admits or evidence is provided I will punish them accordingly and explain what they have done wrong. At the end I will ask if anyone has any questions and if not return them to their previous role-play locations.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring both players to a secluded spot outside of role-play, ask for Millie's(x) side of the event pick up on details and then ask for Jasmine's side of events if there are any details that match both sides of the event I will then ask Millie if they have any evidence to help back up their side if none is provided and Jasmine claims not to have broken NLR I will explain to Millie why I cannot punish them but I will make sure they understand what the rule means. If there is evidence or Jasmine admits to wrongdoing I will punish them accordingly and make sure they understand what they have done wrong.

I am very experienced with the game-mode as I have been a staff member for the server before and currently still staff on

, I am also familiar with the polices of the community because of this. I myself feel I am trusted within the community as I am sure others do as well, this being as I am currently holding Administrator rank on Bhop & Surf as well as Global Moderator on these here forums. I find myself to be on at times where there is lack of staff members due to school/work and it has become clear to me that this is the time that users start to break rules for the sole purpose of ruining others role-play. As far as I am aware I have not received any for of punishment for over a year and with this it clearly shows I understand and follow the rules accordingly. I am not one to hold grudges and feel I treat all players equally and fairly.
