A screenshot is not valid proof of mic spamming / racism via the mic.

Video is a highly better choice of making claims of users who are mic spamming.

EDIT: Although looking at the screenshot it does seem they were being loud so I guess you have somewhat valid evidence.

But remember video is better confirmation.
