Like stated, he can not attend the meetings for legal reasons which is understandable but this does not change him as a candidate. MsSs does F1's most of the time when there are some needed to be handled and when he is told to get some done he is on the duty almost right away. I see no issues whatsoever with him getting this position so good luck man!
