Ok heres the thing about msms.
Hes a great learner (He will make mistakes like all of us but most importantly he learns from them) this is great since you can then become a better staff by knowing how to handle situations better next time.
Also he isn't allowed to get teamspeak without breaking any laws but his isn't too big of an issue since I'm sure he can always get someone to give him the links for the powerpoint etc and get someone (Me for example) to message him the positives and the negatives of the user.

Huge support from me. Will only become better with more powers.
