Also would like to note I am trying to get mod mainly for server 2, server 2 needs alot of help from staff as it is right now with the current dedicated S2 staff not getting any time to themselves.(But will help where I am needed).

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
There can be from two to as many people involved as possible. Random Death Match, (A.K.A. RDM), is when one person or a set of people start to randomly attack or harm others with no reason. This would be RDM. E.g: Person 1 is walking on the path down to the banker. Person 2 runs over, pulls out a machete and starts to stab Person 1 repeatable, causing serious harm and not apologizing or explaining why.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is when someone dies they have to forget everything, as such. This means not remembering where they died, who they died to, why they died or what was going on prior spawning. New Life Rule, (A.K.A. NLR), last three minutes. E.g: Person 1 begins to raid person 2. Person 1 pick locks the locked door owned by person 2 and starts to kill person 2. Person 2 dies and returns back to their death point. This is NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when OOC or Advert is used inappropriately, such as someone saying in OOC, "xxxx Can I come into your base?", Which would be more suited for a pm.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would start by questioning player x and get his side of the story, and the same with player y. Lets say player Y refuses to admit he may or may not have RDMed and player X still sticks to his story, the next step would be to see if they have any proof. Screenshots, recordings, anything like that. If they have good proof such as showing player X was dead and player Y was standing infront of him with a gun alone etc, this may suggest RDM and I would warn player Y for RDM. If no proof is given however, I would have to let them both go with the explanation of no proof provided.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. If the console shows that player y was killed twice within a short amount of time, in this case a few lines apart at a peak time, then I would look for explanations from player y, get the story off both players and warn player y for NLR if there is not a substantial reason given for why they may have NLRed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would almost ignore this situation if not warn Player X for Metagaming , if a player needs help they should make an F1 request and if it is just because of them being raided there is no issue. (This is of course when I am not roleplaying for if I am I may go to help).

Why I should be chosen.
I think I should be chosen because I operate on server 2 all day practically, I see alot of rule breaking I would like to stop. I also get on well with staff on server 1 and 2 and the players, the few I dont get on with I dont for clear reasons, like they break rules or lie etc. I take nothing personally, do not rage and care for others needs and I respect the rules whilst still having a fantastic time playing on ZARP. I also love handing F1 requests, the benefit of helping someone is just overwhelming and sometimes I just need that break from roleplay whilst still being on ZARP! I have a positive attitude and am willing to help anyone on anything.

You should concider getting more mature though, you flame a lot in the server and call others a kid etc.
