Hello Dady, I've watched the video and studied the provided evidence and I am sorry to say but this is a practice that's allowed. Though, if it's targeted to a specific person and happens repeatedly, it can be interpreted as targeted harassment; be sure to report again if that's the case and it will be looked more in depth. Would like to just also add at this moment of time it's not harassment, if you want him to stop simply do a "/me stop hitting me or u will die" and the issue is solved. Regarding harassment, it only becomes an issue if he repeatedly is following you around the servers and the map doing it to you.
