Reason - RDM, Proppush, possibly job abuse but I am not sure about that
Story - I wanted to drive and I accidentaly hurt a guy with my car a bit when I tried to stop the car. Rice killed me and they started to proppush my car, including rice if you look closely. He then changed into gangster to steal my car, He did not answer when I asked him why he killed me in the chat.

I took a look on the evidence you provided and have come to the conclusion to punish this user for their rule breaks , one thing to note is that this isn't job abuse so keep that mind for future reference.
