Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would just link them a YouTube video explaining the basics of Surf, I would also spectate him and try to show him some other tricks that I have learned. I would also inform him that Surfing is a skill that you get better at with a lot of practice.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone was spamming the chat I would mute the player so the player is unable to use chat, if the player was mic spamming I would gag the player so the player is unable to use voice chat. I would unmute/ungag them after a fair bit of time has past, however, if the player continues with spamming one of these functions I would just mute/gag them for longer

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would ask the player to stop using the exploit and I would report the exploit to a Lead Team member or the Owner, however, if they continue I would warn the player, if the player decides to continue I will kick them. BUT if the player joins and continues with the exploit I would ask for an Administrator(or higher) to deal with the users as because the Moderator rank does not have access to the Ban command.

Why I should be chosen:
I feel like I should be chosen because I have started to really enjoy Surf, it is just so peaceful. I am also trusted with powers, that can be shown from my ranks as: Jailbreak Head Administrator, Teamspeak Staff, Forum Staff(General Discussion and Server Applications), and my previous ranks such as Murder Head Administrator, TTT Administrator and Prop Hunt Administrator. I would also consider myself friendly to new players and helpful, I also try my best to help players in need and report rule breakers.

And if anybody is wondering why this applications is a little bit shorter then my normal ones, that is because I had to write this in a very short time as I managed to go to sleep when I shouldn't have.
