You were banned for racism. You called someone the n_word, and proceeded to lie about it; something, you have a history of. Here, in ZarpGaming we have a zero tolerance towards racism policy that you should be aware of, as you've been in the community for a long time; please take the time to read the rules while you're banned. I don't see a reason why you should be unbanned, you're not apologetic even the slightest. If you had previous punishments for racism, I'd ask sorle to lengthen it instead.
