Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a person that isn't a traitor goes on a killing spree then leaves the server before any action is taken apon his crime, would be a good choice to ban the player. Because not only did he Mass RDM but he LTAP(Leave to avoid punishment) as well. And that's breaking more then one rule.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I'm pretty sure an Admin cant handle there on appeals to them. So I will scenario this as another admin.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
This is by far the best ttt community I ever played with. And I enjoy staffing for the server. But I wanna do more for the server. Move a step up. And I see that Admin is next. I have all the basics down for staffing. I know the general rules of the server. I say i'm ready. I'd just wish I would've applyed for admin sooner. They had a case to where a guy was not only Mass RDMing every round. But was also being racist. And all I could do was gag and slay at the time.(No admin was on). And I don't know how many reports in total I did. But I know its over 120. Anyway. I say i'm ready to move up. What does everyone else say?
