Story -I did prop spam with my friends on a guy who had prop locked to avoid being killed .... but after he started Lagging the server so I removed all my prop ... only that I found myself banned...sorry but i'm italian and i use Google translate=)

Sorry you've had to wait for a while for a reply. You were banned as you were propspamming and no one in their right mind that is not attempting to crash or lag the server would do that. We do not tolerate people attempting to ruin other player's experience on the servers.
