Well it shouldn't have happened, you can observe someone's training but under no ones guidance are you allowed to train someone as an admin or moderator

Why quote me telling me I cant when I quoted Raeker which said I can?

There's no real reason why it shouldn't be allowed. As long as the Lead Team member is there to ensure the training goes well then what is the issue with an admin showing off their Lead Team skills and training someone of a lower/the same rank?

No offense to Raeker and dead but I would say
High ranking LT members (talking over a year of experience) + Former CM who I trusted a lot and was very recently demoted > a CM that in the meetings and in general always seems to be arguing with a fellow CM about what is and isn't allowed *according to the policies etc.* as well a CD who got the rank very recently and I haven't seen staff (not considering coding of course) at all.

The reason why me and Captin are always "arguing" in the meetings primarily comes down to him trolling around. So far I have never shared any invalid information regarding community policies, and it's bound to stay that way.

I know for a fact Tyler used to say that none-lead team members aren't allowed to train staff. In fact, I used to say so myself in the past. But there is legitimately no reason for that to be a thing. As long as the lead team member ensures that the training doesn't go badly, then it is completely fine for them to allow an admin to do the training.

We're going to review the staff rights and powers this week anyway, so I might as well clarify that specific part of the policy while we're at it.

It's been proven a lot of times (can't say when or where because I would be breaking rules such as NDA, etc.) that my opinion doesn't matter but I'm gonna say it anyway. Maybe a CM shouldn't be trolling THAT much especially when other staff are given the impression that he isn't kidding and he is being serious about that. As for the staff rights and powers been looked into this week, I can't say much, it's clear there is confusion in that so it's about time that it gets reviewed.
