You're basically asking admins to ignore it if you bump it so early. Be patient.

I don't see many mistakes coming out of him, I don't see why this'll be one.

Considering that he does have the logs to back him up with the ban, and why are you throwing grenades at spawn anyways?

I will reply to this saying one thing, he threw a grenade in spawn near a few people. Causing damage to a few people including me. I will decrease the time if you can give me a valid reason why YOU THREW A GRENADE IN SPAWN AS A CITIZEN.

I decided to deny your appeal. Even if you didnt want to Mass RDM you damaged a few people and you should know better that If you throw grenades arround at spawn that you'll get in trouble.
