Suggestion Title:
Connecting players should not spawn into the game.
How would it benefit the server:
Having connecting players spawn into the game makes it tedious for the guards to go get the person. It can also interfere with LR as a prisoner who won LR legit could have it taken by someone who literally connected a minute ago and had been afk for that time.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
People have to wait to play after they come in?
Additional notes:
I don't know why they spawn in in the first place...
