Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I'd ask them to spectate me and then talk in voice chat what i am doing. and what you should not do.
Afterwards i would spectate them and tell them what they are doing right and what they are doing wrong.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would just say it in chat like: stop mic spamming please. If they still do it i'll warn them. Then if they still do it i would kick/gag the person.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would say that it is against the rules to use that exploit. If they keep using it I would warn them and then when they keep doing it i would kick him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I am very active on the server. I also dont have any problem with using my mic and i like to help people. I also joined ZARP a long time ago and have many hours so i guess i will be more trustworthy than other people who don't have many hours.
I think that i am a very nice person to talk to and that people appreciate me being a moderator on the server.
