Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a player has been kicked 3 or more times.
If a player was banned and caught using an alt

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would unban them but warn them if they mess up at all then I won't hesitate to perma ban them. I would keep a close eye on them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
When I was a mod I handled as many reports as I could. I was very active and very helpful towards other players. I understand my activity now is low but by the time the TTT meeting rolls around I will have improved my activity greatly. I attend a 3 day course leaving me plenty of spare time to play on the server whenever other mods or admins may not be able to. I have a good understanding of the rules but I may need a refresher on Staff commands as it's been a while.

I understand it's been a long time since I played. I just got my pc. I used to be an admin about 6 months ago before my laptop broke and my activity was very high at the time.

Who did you get permission to apply straight to admin from? It has to be a head admin that gives you permission! I also fixed your title!

Your activity should be greatly improved especially when you are going for Administrator and got demoted for inactivity. You should prove that you can be active again before getting Administrator. 2 full weeks for consistent activity is recommended.
