TOPIC: [TS3] Getzco warn request

If you did not want to be poked, why would you not just leave teamspeak or mute your teamspeak volume? Changing your name to do not poke is a lot more effort than just closing the teamspeak all together?

Spoke to EMP, says I’m allowed to kick people for poking me if I have so not poke in my name, as the name is considered a warning

I was the one that told getzco to put do not poke in his name, if you read his name he clearly stated he did NOT want to be poked (reason was that we were playing fortnite and people were just mass poking) you decided to poke him and got the next punishment which is a kick, the do not poke was a warning

Regardless of the "Do not poke" thing, that doesn't change the fact that it's okay for staff to join a user's channel and straight up insult them or call them retarded. If Sada had been kicked just for poking Getzco then okay sure, whatever, fair enough. But in any other situation a staff member insulting a user on any medium in ZARP has always resulted in at least a talking to.

Will tell Getzco off for being disrespectful, the kick seems valid to me and other various staff members so there was no issue with that since his name did state that he did not wanted to be poked.
