TOPIC: Should the suits be removed?

In my opinion no

People still constantly lose suits nd stuff. And they get more expensive during time. Maybe they just disappear in their own time when people die with them. Or atleast turn one of the servers to "vanilla-ish" like when it was before tgun.

i used to only raid with my suit if the other person had one on too and if they were new or poor i only used psg only. a suit fight or no suit fight is fun but when you have the people that use suits and raid noobs in 2secs its completely unfair and kinda ruins it for them, which may make them leave since they cant make money.

Because otherwise let's face it, zarp is a pretty fucking boring darkrp server with barely anything else to do than nuke and raid the bank/pd. And people that bring up " yeah but 2016 and before duuuuude!!! " that's just nostalgia speaking.

it took me so long the first time to get a suit then i just typed kill in console 10mins after i got it cause joshuaisgreat told me to do. it was quite funny and thats when i made friends with him. dont get why people cry about ripping one. either way i think u should keep them cause memes are created by suits

No, people work for their suits or they spend actual money. Suits are actually special to ZARP and provide something different to DarkRP.

If you take away suits you need to take away a good deal of special weapons. It's not so much that suits are the problem it's more of special weapons are king when it comes to raiding. One player with a gluon or tgun can take out 5+ people within seconds and if you're a new player with a nuclear printer (if you even purchased VIP) you're not going to make enough money to even afford a 7m tgun for a long time unless you waste away your life having zero fun afk mining and even then it'll take you a while. Plus don't even get me started on people with specials raiding the new players the instant their base is put down holy shit. On top of that all once you can even afford it it can get ripped so easily then there goes all your work and you're back at square one.

The problem with the server is the economy, special weapons, and how difficult it is to make money without being given a helping start is too annoying for fresh players to come on and stick. Not to mention the minuscule amount of RP that even happens on the server. Our "SSRP" server is more of a Base Wars server than an RP server. In RP servers it's actually profitable to RP and sell shit it bringing more fun to the server and is more friendly to new players looking to start making money while having fun and enjoying the player interactions in-game.

PS - If you actually do remove suits and some special weapons at least keep the suit models and change them to a player model cosmetic like the red dress shit from the ice case.
