RP Name: Coldsaw
Steam: www.steamcommunity.com/id/coldsawbam SteamID: Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] STEAM_0:1:18009272 Current Gametracker Profiles Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/player/Coldsaw/94.23.19.200:27015/ Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/Coldsaw/94.23.19.200:27025/ Age: 21 Estimated Server Time: 130 hours (350< hours on old ZARP) Languages I speak German, English Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. RDM: When Player A kills Player B without any valid RP reason it is called RDM. Example: Gems Bond kills Anna because he does not like her voice. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. NLR: When someone dies he has to wait 3 minutes before he is allowed to go back to the place he just died. Example: Player A kills Player B during a raid. Player B decides to go back to his base to defend it right after he respawned becaue he does not want to loose all the printers he just bought there. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming: It is not allowed to share Information of Character related stuff in chat channels that are not set up for it. Players should use the correct channels for it. Example: Player Z is a friend of Player Y. Player Z wants to know where his friend Player Y is and he wants to tell his buddy about the raid he had planned. He decides to shares those information through the /ooc (Out of Character) chat with his friend (and all the other players). Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would tp player x to me so he can explain me what exactly happened. Then i would get player x and I would ask him the same question. If the answers fit and there is a valid reason for the kill I would explain to player x why the other player was allowed to kill him. If there was no valid reason and both players told me the same story I would warn player y. If the answers of the players were not the same I would go to the next step and ask for proof to find out wich player said the truth. If I would find out wich player lied to me I would warn player z/x for either RDM or a wrong accusations / F1 abuse otherwise I would let player x know that there is nothing I could do about it. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Generally I would tp both players to me no matter what happened because I have to explain the player wich rule he broke. Since there is a little chance that the killings were on different spots I would try to find out if the killings happened on the same spot or not. If they were all on the same spot I would warn player y for breaking NLR. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would explain player x that he is metagaming and I would explain him how he could contact someone that could help him through /pm. When he repeats the mistake I would warn him for metagaming. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I am a active player that knows the rules and I know how to react to different situations since I already have alot of experience as Administrator on (mainly) CS and Gmod Servers. I would try to make it fair for everyone and I would only warn people when I am very sure about it. I think that there are still questions that I can not answer but when I am not sure about something I try to collect those missing Information though asking staff members with more experience and/or looking in the rules for it. I can also support players with technical problems like game crashs or questions about console commands. My aim is to inform rulebreakers about their mistake so they do not repeat it in the future so we all can have a better game experience. Extra informations about warnings: Since I got mistakenly warned by some admins/mods in the past (they took back the warnings but they are still listed) I want to add some Screenshots and very short explanations what actually happened. "RDM" Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] "NLR" Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] I died in a PD raid. While walking around somewhere else I got warned for breaking NLR. There was a mass RDM on some people that returned to the point I was standing. I got mistakenly warned because the Admin thought that I was one of the guys that got killed there and returned before the timer ran out. Screen: "F1 Interruption" Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] I was hitman and saw a bountied player on the street. I did my job and killed the player. I got instantly warned for interrupting a F1 and the mod left short after that. Another mod told me that he took back the warning after I explained it to him. It is not my mistake if an F1 is beeing handled on the streets. I can not go and ask every hit if he is busy with an F1 atm those should be handled on the roofs and not on the "RP area". Screen: Thank you for reading cheers Coldsaw |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team.
