Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

An appropriate situation to use the ban command would be if a player joins the server with more than 10 recent punishments and If they are coming off a recent ban. If they continue to break rules they could be banned. There are more situations, Another one would be, If a user joins the server and then Mass RDMs and LTAPs. In any situation the length of the ban depends on the user's punishments.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If Player X obviously regrets there actions and are remorseful for what they did. I would check there ban and make sure that they are not lying about anything. If they weren't, I would shorten or remove the ban and tell them that if it happens again they will most likely not get unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I am a friendly player just trying to help out the community. I am from NA and think that I could be on when most staff members aren't.There are not many staff members on when I am. I am very dedicated to anything I do. I put 100% into life and help others around me whilst i'm doing that. If you accept me into your admin team I will prove myself to be a dedicated member of not just the staff team, but the community as a whole. I'm trying to be active on forums and helping anyone who needs it.

I Have got more time and I am trying to play everyday. My recent will expire by the time of the meeting. I will make sure to stay active on the forums and be on TeamSpeak.
