The Gametracker reset and i have lost all data of my server time :/

Estimated Server Time: Im not sure i would of checked but Gametracker reset

Bhop Related

Explain how you would help someone that is new to the gamemode.
I would tell them about the gamemode and explain the goals and what it actually is, then i would tell them about Bhopping and how on this gamemode there is something called "AutoJump" which if you hold space you keep jumping until you let go, Then i would give them a brief explanation of Bhopping and how it is done by telling them that you can gain speed using strafing and pre-speeding. Then i would add the person and try to teach them how to Bhop in my spare time.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would give a verbal warning and tell them if they did it again i would give a system warn and if they kept spamming regardless of what i say i would !mute them (or !gag if it was voice chat) After a period of time i would unmute (or ungag) them and if they kept doing it i would warn them using the ulx warn system

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
If i got reports of suspected exploits from a certain player i would spectate the suspected player and if they are using some kind of exploit, I would tell them that their actions count as exploits and they are not allowed and if they said something like "Sorry i thought it was allowed" I would teleport them to the normal Bhopping area and say don't do it again, But if they found the exploit by accident i would tell them not to use the exploit again or spread the exploit or they will get punished. But if they ignored me or just did it again i would warn them for "Map Exploiting"

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I think i should be chosen because I have been playing on many servers on the bhop gamemode and i have never found one to settle in to, But now Zarp has made one i know this is the one to spend hours on the help the community out. I also think as the gamemode is new and it doesn't have alot of staff members I would do a fine job as moderating the server as i have experiance From being a DeathRun Admin and a DarkRP Mod and I am used to making decisions under pressure also a beneft from being a Deathrun admin is that i am used to the ulx system and the commands and i know what commands to use for situations and reasons for warning

Extra Information: (Not Required)
I think my Experience would help the server in many ways because there is not alot of Bhop Staff and I hope to be one of the first and help develop the server in many ways!

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Bhop server. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.
