What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Cheating (I think it was wallhacks, don't remember 100%, happened long time ago).

What server did you get banned from?
I guess it was Server 1 but then again I don't really remember...

How long were you banned for?
The ban is permanent.

What happened?
I downloaded some scripts or something like that from the internet and injected them into the game and got caught.

Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Nope.

Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
I haven't touched Gmod for months and since Zarp was basically the only thing I used to play I'd like to appeal this permanent ban now that I'm back to the game.
