Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. A situation where the ban command would be appropriate to use is when a player would mass RDM a round and then just leave.
2. Another situation where the ban command would be appropriate to use is when a player keeps ignoring several warns and then a kick to change his/her name. If the player keeps ignoring the warns/kick the staff member has the right to ban the player. A normal ban would be like 60 minutes.
3. If a player keeps being for example racist (or any other behavorious matter) even after a warn and some gags/mutes, the staff member gets the right to ban the player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

"Hello player x,

First of all I'd like to thank you to take the time to make this appeal. Compliments for the appeal, it has great detail, I can see you are really sorry and that you put great effort in it.
So I banned you permanently because I caught you cheating. Cheating is not allowed on this server, and it is worth a permanent ban. This is a rule, so you should behave to that. However since it is your first time you are banned and because of the amazing appeal, I think that you should be forgiven.
Though whenever you are caught cheating again, it won't be that easy. I will unban you and you are free to play on the server again.
I would also like you to read the rules on the ZARP forums, so that you know every rule we have, so there is a smaller chance of making mistakes again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I am very active on the server. I reach very high playtimes, also some downs due to a test week I had and being ill. I am helpful on the server, answering questions from others. I am friendly most of the times. I know the rules. I am experienced, because I used to be SA on Murder and admin on TTT in the zarp community. I am also experienced in-game, with the rules. I almost never make conscious mistakes. I am not racist or whatever, I actually 'hate' them. I am also very very very righteous.
