Suggestion Title:
Decreasing the time taken for a Re-Election

How would it benefit the server:
As soon as someone is elected Mayor they are hunted down and killed almost instantly. When they are killed they are set to citizen and the re-election takes 40mins+. I think we should shorten this or even completly remove the timer so more people can be mayor aswell as not having to wait 40mins to then die.

Also if you die as mayor you could then be excluded out of the next elections to give others a chance.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Too many elections?
