Steam Name- Jacknelli Link to Steam Profile- steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198091271035/ SteamID- STEAM_0:1:65502653 Age- 17 Languages I speak- English/general understanding of spanish TS3 Related How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? If someone is being bullied on TeamSpeak I would simply step in and tell them that what they are saying is bullying and mean to the other person and that they need to eaither leave that person alone or knock it off. If they are continuously harassing a user (4 - Do not harass users.) or being discriminatory or racist towards another user (8 - No racism, discrimination, etc) then I would bring them to a room and have a talk with them about why they are behaving this way and punish them if I deem it necessary. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately A brief overview of the administrative features and when they are used: Set Server Group- This feature is used when a member has been accepted to a position and are deserving of the badge on teamspeak. However you must make sure that the person you are giving it to is indeed the correct person. Set channel group-Setting channel groups is something that is not commonly used nor supposed to be used except in special circumstances. Permissions overview- This lets you see all the permissions a user currently has such as server groups and channel groups. Kick client from channel- This kicks the user from your channel and sends them to the AFK lobby. This can be used if someone is breaking rules such as mic-spamming to remove them from the channel. Kick client from server- This kicks the client from the server and disconnects them. This is used to punish people that are breaking server rules in a serious offense. Ban client- This is used to ban a client from the server for a set amount of time. This may be used for serious rule breaks and for someone that has repeatedly been warned and continues to break server rules. Delete users avatar- This is used when a user has an inappropriate avatar and needs to be removed. Why I should be chosen I should be chosen for the position of TeamSpeak Staff because I know how to handle myself maturely as a staff member. I am more than capable of handling the TeamSpeak Staff rank and I know how to handle people that are breaking rules and what to do in various situations. I do not want TeamSpeak Staff purely for the ability to handle people that are breaking server rules. I will use this position for things such as setting up private rooms for players playing certain games or doing certain events that they do not want people randomly joining in. Yes I love to joke around on TeamSpeak as we all do but when it comes to being in a staff position I am more than mature enough to handle it as good as any other TeamSpeak staff member. I am very familiar with how TeamSpeak works and have very good judgment when it comes to punishing people. In meetings I will help by managing and moving users in and out and giving warnings to people that are trolling the meeting and talk to them when necessary. Thank you for reading over my application and I hope to soon be a TeamSpeak Staff member. -Jack |

You are very mature and are active on TeamSpeak. Clear knowledge of the features and rules.
I think you should get this rank as you are good at handling situations between people as I've seen. +Support |

As in private I simply meant locking a room not creating one. I apologize I was not very clear. yeah true, my line of thinking was make it private and give them the password so they can let who they want join without me having to constantly move people in and manage it. It's just a little preference though and depends on the situation.Brusk_Macaroon wrote:

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP TeamSpeak. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied. The meeting host has taken some criticisms made by the admins and provided you with this brief feedback: Be more respectful to other peoples opinionsYou are welcome to apply again at any point. |
