ADMIN PROMOTION

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:It would be appropriate to use ban command for example if someone uses cheats, And not accepting there punishment by leaving and joining for example getting muted and rejoining the server, Mass Racisme and Rule Break

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: Well i was the only staff on the server and there were 3 guys mass rulebreaking like Racisme Mic spamming i did everything i could but they needed to be banned for sure so i called a Admin+ And the Admin banned him but if i had the permission to use the ban command it would of have been much faster and not just wasting time

Why I should be promoted: I should be promoted because When i am on sometimes there are no staff or a little amount of them and most of time just Afk, And i am nearly everyday or like atleast 5 times a week on to keep an eye out on the server but the power of a Moderator is good but not good enough when staff are afk or not on. I'd be more powerful against rule breakers.
