Story - I finished building my base as drug dealer, I spawned my drug lab and cooler, then the admin came in and told me that I hadn't took down my building sign (which I forgot about) I told him I forgot and I thought 3 days was too much for a simple mistake, I was not even warned.
Proof - I have no proof because I didn't have time to
Extra information - The admin was quite rude

You are not required to have a warning when having raid-able entities within the base of which has a building sign. You had a building sign and we told you about the rule and then Gregory took action and banned you for a valid reason.
So yeah, Denied.
