Name - (What is the accused person's name?) Itzryzo
Steam-ID - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID:STEAM_0:0:142319895
Server - (What server was this on?) S1
Time and date (CET) - (20mins)
Reason - warned me for no fucking reason
Story - So i asked Rez to places hit on itzryzo, i changed my job to hitman and i went to kill him, 5mins later he tp me without asking me for permission and he ask me why did you killed me and i said it was a hit,and he straight warned me for RDM

and the stupid thing i heard is from him is (KILL: Itzryzo (STEAM_0:0:142319895) was killed by Lunas (STEAM_0:0:145122399) with a m9k_psg1 in the Mines)

to correct you, you clearly stated to me when i TP'd to you that you accidentally killed me and that it was a mistake? So i told you that you cant just randomly shoot in the mines so i warned you. Later on you started to complain saying that it was a hit which you did not mention within the sit we had.
so i looked at the logs again and this is what i see

it has your steam name on the hit set and your rp name on the kill log, so i thought the warn was valid and that the hit was completed by a different person. i checked once again and noticed then the steamIDs were the same so i removed your warning and apologised for the misunderstanding yet you were hell bent on calling be out for "abuse" like others.

must add also you have no evidence since a recording is needed of the event.

Didn't he in the response just now tell you that it was a misunderstanding and that he's removed the warning? I'm a bit confused what the issue here is if you no longer have the punishment.

Also, proof is needed if the staff member's story contradicts yours. He says something else entirely so a video of what has happened would be great.

After having a word with ryzo i conclude to deny your report over the following;
From what im hearing from ryzo is that when he spoke to you ingame is that he said that you might've killed the wrong person by accident, and after rechecking the loggs he realised you killed the right person and he made a mistake because you admitted to the case, after his realisation of this incident he inmidiatly unwarned you and apologised. therefor im denying this report because this again, is no where near abuse because he apologised to you and simpely made a mistake. I suggest stop holding a grudge against him because of last night and because i just you're trying to gather every little thing to try and get him demoted
