Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would teach them about the basics like how to correctly slide down the ramps by using the correct keys and how to use the different styles correctly, To help the teaching process I would also link them this video:

If any further assistance is needed I would help them accordingly.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would politely ask them to stop spamming mic/textchat and if they proceed to do it I will mute them for as long is Appropriate.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If I were to come upon someone using/abusing an exploit on the server I would ask them to stop as it is not something they should be doing, And I would explain why they cannot do it and the consequences of doing it. If they proceed to abuse the exploit I would kick them/get a higher up to punish them further if necessary.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think I should be chosen because I would like to help the server out as I don't see much staff active during the times I play, I will do nothing but the best to keep the server clean of rule breaks.I would also like to use this as an opportunity to show everyone I have improved myself since I have previously let everyone down.
