Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

Text/Mic Spammer- Blah, blah,
 Me- Hello, "Text/Mic Spammer," if you persist with the spam, you will be punished (friendly warning).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

As a moderator I would record the suspected exploiter and provide the evidence to a higher-up where-with further decision into the matter can be decided.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting, one of the most notable problems of Prophunt, is sharing a location of a prop while dead or spectating. Often ghosting occurs between two steam friends. One player might tell the other while spectating, "Hey, there's a prop at X location."

Why I should be chosen:

Among various reasons, most notable is my unique activity hours which roots from my time- zone (EST). While I do enjoy the game-mode itself, I spend most time closely observing players and making sure all rules are followed. Having been moderator once, I've been exposed to a vast amount of situations in which I feel I handled quite well.

I made a huge mistake the first time and it will not happen again.

I was referring to you lending your account in general, that wont be very good if you get a staff rank on a server if someone else uses your account.

That person and I are in agreeance that he will not join any servers I have staff on.
