In this report i will be providing my evidence that i hope clearly proves that the new moderator Milky Cereal has little to no idea about how to handle F1 situations.

Name - Geoffrey Smithers
STEAM-ID - STEAM_0:0:77669342
Moderators name - Milky Cereal
Reason - Warning abuse (Warning without any proof)
Server - SSRP 1
Time - ~15:00
Story - A player named SpooX created an F1 request saying that i had RDMed him. This should have been a simple request where the moderator will ask for both sides of the story and then looking at proof, make a decision as to weather or not there is any grounds for a warning. This was not the case in my situation. Here is the convocation:

Milky Cereal: why did you kill him

SpooX: propclimb lalal

Geoffrey Smithers: I don't remember killing him. When and where did i suposidly kill him? Also what was the rp situation?

SpooX: lol?
SpooX: you killed me in the tunnel for no reason

Geoffrey Smithers: Oh i remember you where helping that guy that stole our printers!
Geoffrey Smithers: You where shoting at us

SpooX: not really?
SpooX: i didnt even had a gun lol
SpooX: stop lying.
SpooX: aint gnna help you

Geoffrey Smithers: You had the AWP and you nearly killed me
SpooX: i've reported you before for breaking rules
SpooX: AWP? lal.

Milky Cereal: well i dont have any proof of him doing anything wrong sooooo im gonna have to war you
Milky Cereal: warn*

Geoffrey Smithers: Your just mad because of my pro skills with the m4

SpooX: right.
SpooX: keep breaking rules. youll get banned anyway

Milky Cereal: dont do it again

*******At this point i was warned********

Geoffrey Smithers: hey
Geoffrey Smithers: WTF
Geoffrey Smithers: Why was i warned i had a reason to kill him

Milky Cereal: it says you killed him ... and there is no other things that say you had a reason

SpooX: u did not.
SpooX: i was just looking at the guy you guys killed
SpooX: you turn around, kill me for no reason

Geoffrey Smithers: But im innocent untill proven guilty. He helped that other guy to steal my printers!

SpooX: youre not innocent
SpooX: you've got multiple reports on your ass.

Milky Cereal: welll we have finished now ... the sit is over

After this we talked about the forums and weather or not he did anything wrong if you want to read the rest of the conversation check out the proof above

To conclude
You can see that from the conversation i had with milky that he warned me without proof and that is what i am most upset about.

Judging by the proof it is blatantly obvious that this moderator operates under the belief that somebody is guilty until proven innocent, which is a contrasting opinion to that of a model ZARP staff member. Honestly, he had no reason to warn you. We do not have damage logs, and unless someone had proof of it being RDM or having a legit reason to kill, I wouldn't have warned anyone.
