Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is when a Player kills another Player witout a valid reason.
Example: Player Y kills Player X because he didn't like his face,an invalid reason,is if forexemple a gangster got rda'ed by a policeman so when gangster gets out of prison so he order the policeman for revenge and it's not a valid reason for rdming.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR Is when a Playwer dies they forget everything that happened in there previouse life.
Example: Player Y kills Player X in a raid Player X returns within' 3 minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming: In role-playing games, a player is metagaming when they use knowledge that is not available to their character in order to change the way they play their character (usually to give them an advantage within the game), such as knowledge of the mathematical nature of character statistics, or the statistics of a creature that the player is familiar with but the character has never encountered. In general, it refers to any gaps between player knowledge and character knowledge which the player acts upon.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask each player for there side of the story, I would then ask why Player X killed Player Y, if it was an in-valid reason I would award a warn to Player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask Player Y why he/she retured to that area, without a valid reason I would warn Player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would pm Player X telling him/her that they have broke a rule, I would give them a verbal warning and ask them to next time use the other fourm of chat the other fourm of chat is Group Chat you press u for grop chat.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I feel I have been with Zarp for a while now, It's become a habbit of playing and some of the staff and people I've met on it will forever be my friends. It's just amazing how from nothing I've towered many friends and had a full and amazing experiance out if Zarp. With all the good and amzing times I've had on Zarp I can't help but say the amount of rule breakers is crazy so I would like to dedicate some of my time to help clean up Zarp free it of Rule Breakers, help people out and give a real good feeling to the community. Just before I say another word, I was once an admin on another Gaming Community, I felt as-o my time on that ocmmunity came dead. I was not kicked, demoted or something like that, I chose to leave out of bitter soul. So I hope you can give me a chance on Zarp, I will be friendly and kind to the community, I will be focused and never let anything get in my way, I will bring Experiance from the other Community to Zarp and most of all I will give you one of the best Moderators you shall ever meet. (Maybe Admin).

Your examples could be more in depth. I am not sure I have seen you online. Your metagaming example is not 100% correct. Could you also explain what an "Invalid reason" is for the RDM explanation. Your OOC chat explanation is a bit harsh, what form of chat would you ask them? Please edit this. Currently I am -support
