I was playing writed lag (my ping was at 165) 5-10sec after it I timed out with an Countdown then after it (Countdown dont end) I had no lags done !warns and I got a warn from Sanchez for Death Avoiding I dont want that he get demoted or something only that my warn get deleted

Hello Boss Thresh, after looking into your appeal I have come to the conclusion to DENY this appeal.

You supplied no evidence of timing out (It's extremely easy to do if you just press f5 or f12 when you see the "timed out" box appear after you discconect). After speaking to Sanchez, she told me that you were moving around and using your vape for the majority of the round as well. You were also fairly disrespectful when I was trying to talk to you about the situation
