TOPIC: Refund - VIP Pickaxe - False Demote

So I was mining as a miner, I hold the x button for 15 seconds and this guy demotes me for the reason "speaking random weired language outloud really annoying" I want my Pickaxe back cause I wasted all my money on it.

Regarding the situation posted above, Roro was demoted for "Microphone spamming", and by demoting "Roro" this would solve nothing. There was no need to have demoted him and if microphone spamming did occur a member of staff should have been called via F1.

I do not know if you can get a refund for this. You should atleast have some proof.

We need evidence of you with the VIP pickaxe and the red text of why he wants to demote you.
I also don't believe we can refund pickaxes.

The only thing that can be refunded is a special weapon
