Rdm is when an innocent kills another innocent,detective or traitor without any reason.

Someone can call for kos on someone when:You see someone kill an afk guy,See someone killing a detective or see someone throwing nades on people.

Can't call kos on a detective or an already proven guy.And when you are a traitor you mustn't call a kos on any of your teammates.

I can't tell if I should be chosen, you are the ones who decide. I just believe I can help this server a lot by serving justice and help the players have a fun and a fair game.
I almost forgot.My warns aren't active.

You saying you have 9 warnings is rather a concern, unless of course these aren't active (e.g. from over 2 weeks ago). We don't just look at warnings we look at all recent punishments.

Also with your temper this may also be an issue as the Staff Ethos states that you must maintain a level-headed self when dealing with users.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

You have three recent punishments, wait two weeks before they've expired. You could also improve your application.
