I walk and I took a hyper and there was a bug and a car to spawner on me and I died

no refunds for issues that aren't from the server which you don't have sufficient proof for.

screenshotting a dead hyper on the ground will not get you any refunds.

I did not have time to screen the car because it spawn in 2 seconds

And if there was noone in it it wouldnt hurt you as much to kill you if it dropped, it most of been moving in the road

You teleported while a car was driving and got hit, that's not a bug that's reckless driving.
