I've played a lot of ZARP in my days, due to Agentlulz stupidity not to claim his server on Gametracker none of these hours have been tracked and collected. I had over 500 hours on the old server and now I have around 25 hours.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM stands for "Random Deathmatching" and is when a player randomly kills another player for no or an invalid reason.
Here's an example: Person x doesn't like person y's hairstyle and decides to kill him. This is an invalid reason for killing another person in roleplay and this will therefore be RDM.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR stands for "new life rule" and afflicts a person that's recently died.
The afflicted person might been RDMed but that doesn't give him the right to break any rules and should instead contact any Moderator or Administrator that is on the server.
Here's an example: Person x dies when person y raids him and then returns to his base after only 1 out of 3 minutes. This will therefore be NLR.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player tells something that is related to a In-Character situation in the Out-of-Character (OOC) chat and other players may take this as a benefit.
Here's an example:Player x tells everyone that Player y has nuclear printers in the OOC chat. This will therefore be Metagaming.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Explanation: I would first ask player x what happened and if there were any witnesses then I'd ask player y why he killed player x. If player x then describes this as RDM and that there were witnesses that is agreeing with this I would warn player y for RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Explanation: I would warn player y for breaking the NLR and tell him not to repeat it. If he doesn't know what this rule means I would then describe it to him so he understands it.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Explanation: I would tell player x what metagaming is so he understands it and then tell him not to do it again but if he repeats it I would give him a warning.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I've been a part of the ZARP Community for a long time and I know a lot of the players on server but of course there's been a lot of expanding since I recently played and was moderating this community such as a new administrative board which is ChuteUK and Chris that I haven't had much talking with but this can be changed and there's also been a lots of new administrators and moderators that I haven't spoken to yet but this can be changed in some hours of work. I'm a great person that has a lot of prior experiences in moderating/administrating Garry's Mod servers and communities. I'm also very mature and polite. But the one thing that I think I should be chosen for is because I've put a lot of effort in helping Agentlulz and Zart by moderating their community among with a lot of other members from ZARP and I would love to help ChuteUK and Chris expanding the DarkRP servers even further.
