Time and date (GMT) - (17/10/17 around 11pm)
Reason - (Scamming with CF then left to avoid Punishment/paying)

Story -
He was in spawn asking if anyone want to do a coin flip for 3.5m, I agreed that I would do a CF for 2m and he then agreed, I said I wanted number 1 and asked him if he wanted to roll or me to do it, He agreed to me flipping - I flipped and won so he owes me 2m, then says he needs to go to the bank to get money, straight away I felt weird about it so got his steam ID and went with him, he then tried to bet more with me (I think because he has no money at all) I declined because I felt what was up, he goes to the bank. then says wheres the bank, turns around and then Disconnects
