Story/Situation -

First to start it off I do everything a lead team member should. Every week i do the spreadsheet and while doing the spreadsheet i see others activity and if they don't have the minimal requirement i bring them up. I am active and i interact with all staff members and users, if a user or staff member needs help i help them. I train who i can and to show my dedication i waited an hour and a half for a user to download teamspeak so i could train them and give them their badge. I give out officials and demotion every week if there are any that week, I come to every single murder meeting and am very active in it. Another reason i got this official was because i wasn't helping catch hackers. i can't anticheat every person that flicks and kills someone or if they are very good at the game. If i see anyone suspicious i will anticheat them but i can't fill up everyone's rapsheet with anticheats just because i think they're hacking. I believe this official warning wasn't needed
