Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? rdm recents
Server - What server did you get banned from? ssrp
Time - How long were you banned for? 5 days (only ten more hours but i really want to play)
Story - What happend? i was being a moron and i was very stressed and me leaving me no room to apologize but im very sorry and would like to come back
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? no
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.me being rude and a minge but i would like to come back tonight.
