What is Ghosting? and give an example: The player may not have known that the person who was dead was already dead. It seems like something stupid, but it is knowledge that they didn't have until you informed them, and you were dead, so it qualifies as ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: 'name' can you stop please?
