When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: The appropriate way to use the ban command is when someone leaves the server to avoid punishment. Moreover one can use the ban command when a certain player is threatening to DDOS the server or even breaking the rules multiple times after being verbally warned and warned in the process. Furthermore a ban can also be issued when a player might be advertising other servers through chat or by use of his name.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I had a very recent experience with a player recently whose name was a loophole to a word. Of course I did warn him to change his name over and over again. I warned him by using the warning system and eventually had to kick him. He still rejoined with the same name but afterwards he changed it. Thing is if I was admin in that position I could've easily handled the situation in no time.

Why I should be promoted: Although I had my fair share of trouble in this last week, I'm a very dedicated person to do my job and try to identify the problem and take care of it. Although I did start on the wrong foot with some people I am as dedicated as ever to do the utmost for the server. I know for certain that I work hard whilst being on the server and I'm always strict. I admit that my attitude is not the best but it got me to here. The mistakes I made were a lesson to me and hopefully this application will change people's minds.

Other Information

Why re-apply again: I have been moderator for a while now. I grew in my staffing skills and know how to deal with any situation. Although my activity was inconsistent during the last week (since I was abroad) I'll be sure to give my utmost during this week. Regards attitude I'm trying to change that and I still consider myself as a friendly person. Although I had my ups and downs with other staff members I'm sure things will change in the future. I'm hoping that with this addition to the template people might re-consider. Thanks for taking the time on reading this extra part. Have a good day!
